Advisys is a leading national financial services technology company providing needs analysis, client education and compliance solutions in a single Web-based application. Executive management needed to refine the vision for the company and address the existing confusion in the marketplace around its brands and core capabilities.

SOLUTION

The strategy was to capture the perceptions and opinions of its key stakeholders to better understand the unique attributes of the company and its product brands. A systematic research project was undertaken to validate internal and external perceptions; identify strengths and weaknesses; opportunities and barriers; and develop a plan to best deliver the brand’s value to the marketplace.

RESULT

Data gathered through research and analysis resulted in a differentiated brand position; strategic framework and core messaging; as well as a business operating model based on ‘customer intimacy.’ Results included higher employee engagement; expanded services and products; and new revenue streams, while delivering increased customer value.
